What is the National Verifier?

The National Verifier helps customers get approved for Lifeline service by reviewing their documents and determining their eligibility.  Most states require that potential Lifeline recipients be approved through the National Verifier (NaV) to receive Lifeline service. Easy Wireless will walk you through this process after Sign Up.

 

What do I need to do to complete my application using National Verifier?

To finish your application, your identity and eligibility will be verified through the National Verifier website.  Upon completing your application with Easy Wireless, you will be redirected to the National Verifier website and logged in. Simply follow the prompts on your screen and answer any questions that appear.

You might need to confirm the following:

            • Full name
            • Address
            • Date of Birth
            • Last 4 digits of your SSN

      What do I do when I’m done applying through the National Verifier website?

      Once complete, you will be redirected back to www.MyEasyWireless.com.  From there, simply enter the zip code and email that you provided on your order, or, you may call 877-476-3451, or email us at Compliance@myeasywireless.com to check the status of your order.
