EASY Wireless offers Lifeline-supported wireless service to eligible customers in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kentucky and Missouri. Available plans, talk, text, data and promotional smartphone offers may vary by location and eligibility.
In Oklahoma, eligible customers who live on qualifying Tribal lands may qualify for EASY Wireless’s enhanced Tribal Lifeline plan.

Pricing is for domestic calls and messaging &/or data. All domestic text prices are to send and receive. An invoice will be sent via text directly to customer handsets each month for customers with a monthly paying plan. This bill is required to be paid each month by the due date.

Yes, there are a few restrictions.
Easy Wireless’ Lifeline service is a federal benefit program only available to individuals who participate in a qualifying government program or who are income eligible based on household income eligibility standards
To complete the Easy Wireless Lifeline application online, you’ll need to have a working email account.
If you do not currently have an email address, you can create one for free in just minutes. We suggest you create one with Google, known as Gmail, by going to gmail.com and following their instructions.
Once your new email account has been created, visit myeasywireless.com to sign up for your free service using your new email address.
No. EASY Wireless will never require a contract for Lifeline phone service. There are no hidden fees or commitments, and you will never be asked to sign a service contract to receive your Lifeline benefits.
No. EASY Wireless does not require a credit check to receive Lifeline phone service. Your eligibility is based on whether you meet the federal Lifeline Program requirements – not your credit score or credit history.
Yes, you may close your browser and come back at any time to pick up where you left off. Just go to our homepage at www.myeasywireless.com, and enter the same email & zip code that you used originally in order to log back in.
Your application is not complete until you have submitted any required eligibility documents to the National Verifier.
You are getting this error message because you have previously completed an application for Lifeline service through Easy Wireless. To find your original order, please enter the same zip code and email address you previously submitted with your application.
Due to requirements of the Federal Lifeline program, you are not able to modify personal data that has already been submitted to the National Verifier.
If you would like to edit your information, (such as your email address, residential address, or phone number), please contact us at 877-476-3451 for instructions.
If you haven’t received your EASY Wireless confirmation email, first check your Spam or Junk folder. Gmail users should also check the Promotions and Updates tabs.
If you find the email there, move it to your Primary Inbox and add EASY Wireless to your contacts or approved senders so you don’t miss future emails about your application or service.
If your EASY Wireless phone is defective, damaged, lost or stolen, your replacement options will depend on what happened to the device, how long you’ve had it, and whether you’ve received a replacement recently.
Please contact EASY Wireless Customer Support at 877-476-3451 or dial 611 from your working EASY Wireless phone. A customer service representative can review your account and explain the replacement, upgrade or credit options available to you.
If you move or change your address, you should update your information within 30 days.
First, update your address with the National Verifier at checklifeline.org
Then contact Easy Wireless so we can update the address on your EASY Wireless account. Dial 611 from your EASY Wireless phone, or call 1-877-476-3451 to speak with Customer Support.
Keeping your address current helps ensure that your Lifeline eligibility and EASY Wireless account information remain accurate.
