The Lifeline program is a US government connectivity subsidy that provides discounts on cell phone plans. To qualify, your annual household income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty guidelines. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides discounted internet service for qualifying households.
To qualify for the ACP, you need to meet one of these requirements:
Your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty guidelines.
You or someone in your household currently participates in another low-income assistance program like Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, WIC, etc.
With the program’s benefits alone, eligible households can receive up to $30/month (up to $75/month if living on qualifying Tribal lands) off their internet bill. Members also receive up to a $100 discount on a computer or tablet purchased from a participating provider.

Applying for the ACP is simple. You have some options:

Mail in a paper application. You can download the application, and mail it in with copies of the required documents. Note that mailing in your application usually takes longer to process.

In order to show income, you can provide any of the following proofs:
