Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the unlimited-elements-for-elementor domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Recertification - EASY.Wireless

The ACP program is currently paused pending funding by Congress.

Annual Lifeline Recertification

You can recertify for Lifeline and show your proof documentation online! Here’s how:

  1. Click the “Get Started” button below to be redirected to USAC’s Lifeline website
  2. Once there, click the “Recertify” button
  3. Choose your state from the drop-down, but DO NOT click the “Get Started” button
  4. Instead, look further down and click the “Recertify to keep Lifeline” button
  5. Fill in the requested information, which should exactly match the information you previously provided during enrollment
  6. If requested, upload your proof of eligibility
Recertify Step 2
Recertify Step 3

NOTE: If recertifying on the National Verifier website at LifelineSupport.com, It is important that you use the same information as what is on your current Easy Wireless account. If you use a different FIRST or LAST NAME, DOB, SSN, or ADDRESS, it will start a new application and you will NOT be recertified, which will lead to being disconnected for failure to recertify. Once the recertification is complete using the current account information, you are able to start a new application to change the address. Reach out to Compliance@MyEasyWireless.com with any questions.
