For BLU devices

  • Open device settings (looks like a gear on most devices).
  • Turn WIFI off
  • Select option for NETWORK / INTERNET
  • Go to MOBILE NETWORK
  • Ensure MOBILE DATA is ON
  • Turn ROAMING OFF
  • Go to ADVANCED option
  • Ensure ENHANCEMENT MODE turned ON / and “VOLTE ON”
  • Go to SYSTEM option
  • Select Advance
  • Go to reset options
  • Reset wifi, bluetooth, mobile data
  • Reset settings
  • Reset all network settings (you can’t undo this action)
  • Turn device on/off to reset.
  • When device powers on, confirm that “LTE” appears in the corner
  • Turn WIFI back on

For SKY devices

  • Open device settings (looks like a gear on most devices).
  • Turn WIFI off
  • Select option for NETWORK / INTERNET
  • Go to MOBILE NETWORK
  • Ensure MOBILE DATA is ON
