Signing up for Lifeline with EASY Wireless is simple.

Check Whether You Qualify: You may qualify based on participation in an eligible government assistance program or by your household income. Additional qualifying programs are available to consumers living on qualifying Tribal lands (see a list of programs below).

Head Start (for households meeting the income qualifying standard)

Qualify by Household Income

2026 Income Limits: A one-person household may qualify based on income at or below $21,546 in the 48 contiguous states, including Oklahoma.

USAC lists the 2026 Lifeline income threshold as 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
