How to Activate Your Phone

Just a few simple steps and you’ll be on your way to enjoying free EASY Wireless service!

If You Kept Your Own Phone

Insert your EASY Wireless SIM card.
Power on your phone and allow the SIM and device to pair.
Once pairing is complete, make a test call.

If You Received a New EASY Wireless Phone

Turn on your new phone.
Make a test call, or dial 611 from your new device.
Press option 1 when prompted and enter required info.

Your Phone Should Now Be Activated

If you receive Lifeline service at no monthly cost, be sure to use your service at least once
every 30 days to keep your Lifeline benefit active.
