Lifeline recertification is an annual requirement for Lifeline subscribers. Each year, your eligibility is reviewed to make sure you still qualify for the federal Lifeline benefit.
Many subscribers are automatically recertified and do not need to do anything. However, if your eligibility cannot be confirmed in an automatic data source check, you will be notified by USAC, and provided instructions for completing a Recertification Form.
The good news is that you can quickly and easily recertify for Lifeline and show your proof documentation online! Just click the orange “Get Started” button below to be redirected to USAC’s Lifeline website and follow these three EASY steps:
If requested, you can upload your proof of eligibility during this step.
NOTE: If recertifying on the National Verifier website at LifelineSupport.com, it’s important that you use the same information as what is on your current Easy Wireless account. If you use a different FIRST or LAST NAME, DOB, SSN, or ADDRESS, it will start a new application and you will NOT be recertified, which will lead to being disconnected for failure to recertify. Once the recertification is complete using the current account information, you are able to start a new application to change the address. Reach out to Compliance@MyEasyWireless.com with any questions.
