For BLU devices
- Open device settings (looks like a gear on most devices).
- Turn WIFI off
- Select option for NETWORK / INTERNET
- Go to MOBILE NETWORK
- Ensure MOBILE DATA is ON
- Turn ROAMING OFF
- Go to ADVANCED option
- Ensure ENHANCEMENT MODE turned ON / and "VOLTE ON"
- Go to SYSTEM option
- Select Advance
- Go to reset options
- Reset wifi, bluetooth, mobile data
- Reset settings
- Reset all network settings (you can’t undo this action)
- Turn device on/off to reset.
- When device powers on, confirm that "LTE" appears in the corner
- Turn WIFI back on
For SKY devices
- Open device settings (looks like a gear on most devices).
- Turn WIFI off
- Select option for NETWORK / INTERNET
- Go to MOBILE NETWORK
- Ensure MOBILE DATA is ON
- Turn ROAMING OFF
- Go to SYSTEM option
- Go to reset options
- Reset wifi, bluetooth, mobile data
- Reset settings
- Reset all network settings (you can’t undo this action)
- Turn device on/off to reset.

- Turn WIFI back on
