After earning an associate degree, you can transfer eligible credits toward a bachelor’s degree at an Oklahoma university.
2. Rose State College – Ticket to Rose
Rose State College in Midwest City offers the Ticket to Rose scholarship.
Eligible graduates from Carl Albert, Choctaw, Del City, Midwest City, and Star Spencer high schools may receive assistance covering tuition and fees not paid by other qualifying financial aid.
The program also covers certain private, virtual, alternative, and homeschool graduates living within participating school district boundaries.
Books and housing are not included.
3. Oklahoma City Community College – Scholarships and Tuition Waivers
Oklahoma City Community College offers scholarships and tuition waivers that can reduce or eliminate tuition for qualifying students.

For 2026, the standard application income limits depend on the number of dependent children in your household:
$60,000 for families with one or two dependent children
$70,000 for families with three or four dependent children
$80,000 for families with five or more dependent children
Students must enroll in the program during eligible high school grades, meet academic requirements, and satisfy additional conditions before receiving the scholarship.
A newer eligibility pathway also provides higher income limits for certain children of longtime Oklahoma public school teachers.
